📅 Key Dates to Add to Your Diary
- Stage Rehearsal (Compulsory) Friday 10th July – John Port Spencer Academy,
(After school, 4:00–7:00 pm. Not preschoolers) Times on email.
👕 WHAT TO WEAR
- No need to wear show leotards (keep them clean for Sunday)
- Saturday classes: wear T‑shirt & shorts/ leggings
- Juniors/Acro: wear leotards for class.
- ‘Theatre kids’ can wear own clothes as wearing leotards as characters.

🟡 Primary (parents stay)
4:00–4:45
(Usual class times- Hilton 11:15–12:15, Melbourne, Anslow 4–5)
Anslow primary doing Acro will stay to practice acro with older groups

4:45–5:15 Parents must stay with children.
🟠 Hilton Acro
5:00–5.15 Parents must stay with children.

- Parents can drop off and collect later. Helpers to stay for this section to go through costumes, briefings etc with Nicole.
- Children, as you arrive in the hall, please take a sit and wait to be called to the stage.

There will be two shows:
- Show 1: Tutbury, Anslow & Melbourne
- Show 2: Hilton classes
- Musical Theatre & Intermediates & Lyrical/street perform in both shows
- Professional Photos- Saturday 18th July – Hilton Scout Hut (all classes)

PARKING is available in the car park by the main school reception (bus parking can also be
used).
Please note: There is an event in Etwall on the same day, so please allow plenty of time to park.
Disabled parking is outside reception. You can drop off outside Chatsworth Hall.

- For audience:
Follow signs to Chatsworth Hall Theatre - Audience entrance to Reception lobby video
- For children’s sign in:
Turn right at Flamstead building, then left to the emergency exit door.
- One parent or guardian to attend sign in & out only.
- You need to declare if your child is not fit enough to dance.
✅ SHOW REGISTRATION
ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO ATTEND SIGN IN & OUT ONLY. To keep the hall clear and calm during sign in.
Queue at your child’s class registration table. See below.
Please return to Reception Lobby until called to be seated. VIP first.
✅ COLLECTION AFTER SHOW
Audience to vacate the theatre through reception lobby. One parent/guardian to collect child.
Preschool ONLY: Children to be collected directly from the stage. One parent collects.
There will be no opportunity for photos on the stage at the end of the show.
All other classes: Please wait in Reception Lobby until called to collect.
One adult per child to collect and sign out child.

*Please bring the minimum of items with everything labelled to prevent things getting lost backstage. We cannot delay the show or departure to search for missing items. All items will be collected and returned in class.
