Ballet Be Fit Classes
Ballet Be Fit Midlands offers a range of different types of exercise classes including Energising, Relaxation and Stretch classes as well as special classes including Continuous Barre.
Ballet Be Fit is a fitness exercise class using ballet movements and includes barre work, port de bras and cardio sequences and stretching, toning and relaxation.
Ballet be Fit Midlands helps improve fitness levels, corrects poor posture, improves flexibility and mobility and co-ordination. It also improves muscle tone but in a gentle way.
All exercises can be adapted so it is suitable for all ages, and abilities as well as those with health issues.
Ballet Be Fit is an accredited fitness instructors qualification recognised by CIMSPA the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, the UK’s professional body for the sport and physical activity sector. It is also accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Certification Service CPD. Meaning all classes are taught by a fully trained and qualified professional instructor to make sure you being taught carefully and safely.
A ballet class designed just for adults. For beginners who have always wanted to try ballet as well as adults who have danced before and want to return to ballet and dance.
The class includes ballet steps and movements including barre work, port de bras, short classical sequences.
A friendly, supportive and encouraging inclusive class. Using Royal Academy of Dance technique and syllabus with free creative choreography. Taught by an RAD qualified dance teacher, known and recognised internationally for its professional standards.
